File conversion · No upload, ever

Convert files without uploading them.

Every converter on this site runs entirely inside your browser. Your files are never sent anywhere — there is no server that could receive them — and each tool carries a live network meter so you can watch the zero for yourself. Turn off your wifi: it still works.

Why "no upload" is the whole product

Most online converters are upload services: your photo travels to their server, gets converted there, and a copy exists on someone else's machine — governed by whatever their retention policy says today. For photos of your family, your documents, your whiteboard, that trade is invisible and unnecessary. Browsers have been able to decode, redraw, and re-encode images locally for years; the upload exists for the operator's convenience, not yours.

This site is built the other way around. The tools are static pages that do all their work in the tab, which is why they keep working with the network switched off — and why the privacy claim here is architecture, not policy. A promise can be broken quietly; an architecture can be checked. The methodology page shows you how to check it.
